On September 30th, Iscte organises another edition of the BioBlitz @Iscte, which takes place in the framework of the European Researchers’ Night 2022.
Nesta iniciativa vamos procurar medir e registar a biodiversidade no campus da Cidade Universitária em Lisboa, através da contagem das espécies de aves, líquenes, insetos, plantas e répteis existentes.
Entre as 9h00 e as 22h30 junte-se a diversos especialistas para registar as suas observações e ao final do dia convidamos a comunidade Iscte a visitar a Noite Europeia dos Investigadores, onde as Unidades de Investigação do Iscte estão presentes com diversas atividades.

Useful information:
For this activity a proprietary app will be used and a walking route will be taken. If possible, you should bring:
- Mobile phone, with the app installed and battery charged
- Comfortable clothes and shoes
- Binoculars for birdwatching
If you have not already done so, you will need to register on BioDiversity4All and download the iNaturalist application (Android or iOS) to be able to add observations and contribute to this 3rd edition of the Bioblitz @Iscte!
This is an initiative organised by Iscte and the partners of the European Researchers’ Night 2022 – Science for Everyone project. We also count with the association BioDiversity4All, Faculty of Sciences of the University of Lisbon and Iscte Sustainability as partners of this initiative.
