This Youprize Workshop – 2nd edition – is part of the final phase of the European ECOPRISE project (February 2023 – January 2027), in which the aim is sharing experience from graduating participants – recently formed Ecoprise Designers – to present their final projects, in which they implemented the innovative Ecoprise eco-entrepreneurial and regenerative model.
This session will feature cutting-edge presentations of locally-based projects by Ecoprise Designers trained during the pilot phase, as well as the presentation of the Ecoprise regenerative model and the Ecoprise training MOOC by the tutors.
Particular emphasis will be placed on presenting the Ecoprise model, an innovative framework for social entrepreneurship, co-created by an multidisciplinary and expertise consortium, inspired by ecovillage design and permaculture ethics. The workshop will also highlight the Ecoprise model’s seven interconnected core characteristics (culture, purpose, regeneration, ownership and governance, networks, impact, and repeatability) as well as its ecosystemic approach, around the four dimensions of sustainability: Ecology, Economy, Social, and Culture. Participants will also be presented to the Ecoprise MOOC training and interact with the learning materials.
This session is open to all Iscte students, faculty, and researchers, as well Ecoprise participants. Registration is required using this form.
