As part of the PhD programme in Transitions to Sustainability, an open lecture entitled ‘Sustainability Transitions and Industrial Transformation’ will take place on 1 October, with Markus Steen from SINTEF as the guest speaker.
The session will be moderated by Nuno Bento, from Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon , and will offer a reflection on transitions to sustainability and processes of industrial transformation, addressing the challenges and opportunities associated with the transformation of production systems in the face of sustainability requirements.
The open lecture provides an opportunity for engagement and discussion with an international expert, bringing together students, researchers, lecturers and anyone interested in issues relating to transitions towards sustainability and industrial transformation.
