CEI-Iscte is a partner of the European Forum on US History, a series of hybrid and rotating seminars bringing together eleven European institutions with the aim of promoting historiographical and interdisciplinary exchange, broadening the geographical scope of research and creating new opportunities for academic collaboration.

Another session of the European Forum will take place on 19 April, with an online seminar organised by Heidelberg University (Germany).

Katharina Wiedlack (University of Vienna) will present ‘When Uncle Sam Sent Me to Alaska’: Entangled Imperialisms and Native Resistance at the Turn of the 20th Century.

The session is open to researchers, lecturers, students and anyone with an interest in the history of the United States.
