CEI-Iscte is a partner of the European Forum on US History, a series of hybrid and rotating seminars bringing together eleven European institutions with the aim of promoting historiographical and interdisciplinary exchange, broadening the geographical scope of research and creating new opportunities for academic collaboration.
The next session of the European Forum will take place on 23 November, with an online seminar organised by Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal).
Frédéric Heurtebize (Université Sorbonne Nouvelle) will present Constrained Engagement: US Labor and Portugal’s Democratic Transition (1974–1975).
The session is open to researchers, lecturers, students and anyone with an interest in the history of the United States.
