Between the 17th and 20th of July, Iscte will host the 12th Latin American Congress of Political Science, which will be held in Portugal for the first time. CEI-Iscte is a partner and local organiser of this congress.
The event was supported by Turismo de Lisboa, the Cátedra of Estudos Iberoamericanos at UAL and the OEI.
The theme of this edition of the Congress is Latin America as a actor in the global geopolitical reconfiguration.
Over the four days, a number of enriching discussions are planned about Latin America, in a wide variety of areas, and its relationship with other regions. The event includes panel sessions, round tables, keynote speaker sessions and book presentations and will welcome around 850 participants from all over the world.
