The Centre for International Studies of Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon (CEI-Iscte) is an institutional partner of the NATO Public Forum 2025, a high-level public event that will take place on 24 and 25 June 2025 in The Hague, Netherlands, as part of the NATO Heads of State and Government Summit.
This is an initiative organised by NATO and the Government of the Netherlands, together with the Atlantische Commissie, the Clingendael Institute and The Hague Centre for Strategic Studies.

The NATO Public Forum is intended to promote a broader and more informed understanding of the Atlantic Alliance’s policies, priorities and decisions through an open and participatory dialogue. The event brings together a diverse range of stakeholders – from political and government leaders, international security experts and academics, to civil society representatives, journalists and young people – in interactive sessions, panel debates and strategic discussions centred on the Summit’s agenda items.

CEI-Iscte’s partnership with this Forum reflects the centre’s commitment to international debate and the production of knowledge in the areas of international security, transatlantic relations and global governance. CEI-Iscte is the only Portuguese partner institution at the event, and will be represented by its Director, Ana Mónica Fonseca, and Deputy Director, Pedro Seabra.

The full programme is available on the event’s official website and can be watched online, with prior registration.
