In the 2023 edition of CEI-Iscte’s (R&D) Awards, 10 members of the team were recognised for their scientific contributions. This award aims to promote and celebrate the research carried out by the centre’s researchers.

The prizes were awarded in two main categories:

  1. Scientific Publications: Recognising scientific publications from the calendar year prior to the award.
  2. Research and Development (R&D) Projects: Recognising applications for projects or studies approved in the calendar year prior to the award.

In this edition, a total of 12 publications were honoured, all scientific articles, as well as two research projects. Compared to the previous edition, there was an increase of five publications honoured, demonstrating the growth and quality of the research carried out at CEI-Iscte.
