The rest of the world does not get to vote for who will be the next President of the United States. But maybe it should. American Presidents have a lot more discretionary power in foreign policy than in domestic policy. And the US is still the most important global power across multiple dimensions. Hopefully, on 5 November 2020 we will already know who the next President of the United States will be. We asked researchers at CEI to engage with the topic of what might change (or not) during the next four years of US foreign policy in their regional areas of expertise.

Join us in this open class of our MA in International Studies.

Experts will give brief introductory remarks, followed by a Q&A led by the chair.

Working language: English

Q&A: English and Portuguese can be used.

O inglês é a língua de trabalho do Mestrado em Estudos Internacionais, mas na fase de debate poderão ser colocadas questões também em português.
