Biographical Information

Leandro França holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, Brazil) and a master’s degree in Journalism (Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal). He currently is a PhD student in Anthropology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He worked in the coordination of a capacity-building project for community radio stations in ten African countries, from UNESCO headquarters in Paris, among other activities of the organization (2013-2017). In his research work, he seeks to analyze the practices and interactions among actors involved in international development cooperation.
